Gary has over 12 years of global experience in CPG, and heads up Launchpad, an open innovation program at Mars that is re-inventing the way Mars brands reach, engage and covert consumers through piloting with tech startups. His experience and passion lies in creating mutual value by bringing together entrepreneurs, change makers, and creative minds that have a shared vision.
Adah has 13 years experience in CPG and is currently part of the Food Strategy team, focused on growth opportunities across digital, food service and emerging brands. During her 7 years at Mars, Adah has leaned on her passion and ability to deliver innovation at scale: she’s led the global launch of Snickers Bites, key factory transformations, and deployed in-store execution excellence across 20+ countries.
James is the Managing Director of Jones Knowles Ritchie London. He has 18 years experience working with some of the world’s biggest CPGs, Corporate and Entertainment brands. He leads the Ventures business, building up over $100m+ of enterprise value in 2 years, through a portfolio that includes brands such as Hippeas, Bevel, Form and Ugly Water.
Alan is the Global Food Strategy Director at MARS. He has more than 16 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, and business development. Prior to his work at MARS, Alan worked with some of the world’s largest consumer / retail companies and private equity investors while at Citigroup, Booz Allen, and Ernst & Young.
Caroline is an expert in leveraging strategic storytelling to build brands, to shape corporate reputation, and to lead through internal change management. She strongly believes in the power of purpose-driven initiatives to deliver growth as demonstrated in her award-winning work. Caroline is a vegetarian and has a passion for food – both cooking and eating!
Jessica Goldberg has 15 years experience across established CPGs and food start-up brands, and has consulted across a range of companies seeking to play a role in the evolving industry.
